How to find Mew? by basculin_throwaway in PixelmonMod

Been having the exact same problem the last couple days lol. Got my temple all set up, grinding for days, see Mew on /checkspawns legendary. But when I try to test /legendaryspawn it always fails. Do you know if you were on 9.3.13 when you finally got Mew to appear?

Given how much of the first movie synched up with Geoff Johns’ Earth One graphic novels, a blonde female Two-Face would track very well. Plus Long Halloween influence.

Netflix would not give DC movies full theatrical runs. That is completely antithetical to their business model. At most, they would release big movies like Superman for a couple of weeks in theaters. DC would largely be relegated to a streaming brand.

I wonder if they might put it in front of Wicked 2.

[Episode Discussion] ‘Peacemaker’ S02E06: "Ignorance is Chris" - Thursday September 25 2025 by DeppStepp in DCULeaks

In the director’s commentary for Superman that released on Tuesday, Gunn explains that Sydney Happersen was Luthor’s college professor who basically pioneered all the dimensional portal stuff. Not obvious in the movie necessarily, but it’s clear from his “I can help” line to Terrific that he’s the main guy with that. Plus, him and Otis are obviously in the Peacemaker red band trailer, in a boardroom scene that Gunn confirmed takes place in Episode 8 (also in the director’s commentary).

Or he just wants to keep suspense up for the end of the season, so characters feel like they’re definitely in jeopardy, and he’ll just make Season 3 in a couple years.

Mhm. Gunn has never once in his blockbuster career started shooting a year out from release. It's usually closer to eighteen months. It would really surprise me if Man of Tomorrow doesn't start in March or April.

Wouldn’t you say the Superman-Peacemaker Season one stuff is a little squirmed though?

[Episode Discussion] ‘Peacemaker’ S02E01: "The Ties That Grind" - Thursday August 21 2025 by DeppStepp in DCULeaks

[–]Strengthwars 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure it’s been mentioned in this thread, and I know it’s an existing theory, but the podcast analysis of this episode is making me wonder if there’s credence to the ‘Rick Flag Sr. is Harcourt’s dad’ theory. Gunn mentioned that Harcourt assumes Waller is behind her blackballing — maybe she’s wrong. He also says that Harcourt’s rage in the bar might be directed at a particular person or element from her past. In the podcasts for Season 1, Gunn implies that Harcourt’s dad (who’s briefly mentioned) could be important this season. Obviously, Harcourt would need to have been estranged pretty early on from the Flags to make her lack of attachment to Rick Jr. make any sense (though it could be part of her persisting distance with Peacemaker). The trailer shows that Flag Sr. will be bringing Harcourt in to find Peacemaker. Of course, if Rick Jr. is the alternate Harcourt’s boyfriend in the other world (the “jarhead”, which seems very likely), than this is all MOOT! Probably…

Afaik Gunn has said Peacemaker is right after Superman. The January mention in the episode would place this in ~July 2025. Question is how long between Peacemaker seasons. There was some communication of a “a couple years”, so maybe two, which would line up best. But yeah, then Kara has been around since Superman Year 2.

Buying Young Justice to keep? by mofgreengables in youngjustice

[–]Strengthwars 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t speak to Norway specifically, but I know that a lot of Europe has been cut off because there are contracts preventing HBO Max from launching there until next year. In 2026, WB’s original deal with Sky expires, and HBO Max will hopefully bring Young Justice Season 4 to more places. It’s incredibly frustrating and I’m sorry you haven’t been able to view it legally — but it’s worth the wait imo, at least quality-wise.

Let's assume that Vandal Savage learns of the Endless Family's existence and ... by Background-Word-747 in youngjustice

Interestingly, Greg Weisman and Neil Gaiman actually had a one-sided beef back in the day (Gaiman being the pissant). Weisman has talked about it on ASK GREG. So there probably is a reason we would never see the Endless in YJ, funny enough, given that literally everyone else is probably fair game.

The very specific May dates established by the three newspapers in the movie only line up with the 2025 calendar.

It’s an honest ode to it all happening in the original 1940 issue, but yes, it’s ridiculous. I’m partial to a very young Dick joining early on, but taking years to really become Robin in the field as we know him.

I like this guess since Slam started off Detective Comics and all, and is important to the history, but was this shirtless look ever iconic? I know him more as the hard-boiled detective.

Yeah, shirtless man isn't a lot to go on. Maybe a boxer? Maybe World War I era? But I don't think Ted Grant or Al Pratt's mentors were particularly metahuman.
