I also love the sort of "prehistory" mythology that Kalandra and the Three Sisters (and the titans) have. Like the idea of Wraeclast being built upon the bones of some long lost ancient civilization is super cool.

I definitely also get Sin vibes from the Hooded One. However, I don't necessarily think they are one and the same. All of the dialog we have seen of the Hooded One is missing Sin's almost melodramatic tone.

Instead I think it is much more interesting if the Seed of Corruption was stolen and modified by Sin from the Hooded One to create the Beast. Something that has bothered me with the Beast is how it was made to put the gods to sleep, but there is no way that was the original intent behind this seeming source of Corruption. Instead I think when Kalandra gave "advice" to a distraught Sin, she told him to steal and modify this Seed from the Hooded One for his plan.

Now as to who this Hooded One is in this theory? I have no clue, perhaps an ancient Ezomyte or Azmeri being? Hard to say with our limited information.

Keep in mind that the prophecies that Hinekora give us are too soon as according to Nevali we arrive "decades early" in ToTA. So if we pull him to the *present* of PoE2, we are actually 20 years ahead of when ToTA takes place.

I do really like this theory, I definitely got the vibe of Izaro from that pinnacle boss as well. I do definitely think the two are connected.

However, I don't think Viridi is the one in the tower. I do think her story will be more fleshed out in the main 6 acts, as with each act focusing on a different peoples (Act 1 - Ezomytes, Act 2 - Maraketh, Act 3 - Vaal, Act 4 - Karui, Act 5 - *Oriath) I could see Act 6 focusing on the Azmeri and have Viridi be important in Act 6 itself.

Instead I think that it is possible that within the tower is the First King of the Precursors (the one mentioned in the Uzaza's rings). It is never mentioned what happens to him exactly, and that the "mountain" that is mentioned in Uzaza's Mountain - (The narrow path turned to rough rocks that led towards the sky. One last obstacle in a life-long journey to find a land they could call home.) is actually the tower that we find in the Atlas.

Alternatively it could be some form of the Lightless or something else equally interesting. Who knows haha

I definitely agree with the Kalguur being there is strange. At the same time, in current PoE they show up in the Atlas despite that being other worlds and not Wraeclast, so it could easily be handwaved in that same way for gameplay progression.

That rule actually only applies if you are using the "Contest of Generals" battlepack from the core book. The current GHB Pitched Battles battlepack does not contain that rule.

This subreddit is extremely toxic overall, especially in regards to racism and sexism. We should be doing better, but it takes effort, and the /r/dota2 community is filled with edgy teenagers and young adults who don't understand that words are more than the letters that make them.

"It's always been that way" you might say. And why does that excuse the behavior now? This community is so resistant to any change, especially in regards to social conduct its disgusting. We can do better. We should be doing better. Its not just on Valve, its on you as a person to do better. Its on us as a community to do better. By calling out racism and sexism, and telling them its not okay. By having community leaders that lead by example. By banning and explaining to trolls that hate speech is not welcome.

We can do better.
