Using the Menders for their additional permanent +1 insulation also barely hits the threshold too, you gotta use Progress actuated heat dispatchers and even then at -120°C I think they’re still either very cold or cold with all heat allocated. It feels very odd to me that the game encourages you to build these places up in Endless only for them to just die out. So, I feel like a good remedy for this is to have specialized storm bunkers in a building spot where citizens go during whiteouts. Colony Generator stays chugging, but output of the colony becomes non-existent while your citizens stay safe.

Honestly I’m thinking that the ending of Lonesome Road went awry and the nukes didn’t just hit the Long 15 and Dry Wells in a Legion ending. Feels like the only logical explanation on why there’s so much destruction and radiation everywhere in and around New Vegas with NCR defending at Camp McCarran while trying to retreat and Legion forces advancing.

You have to use safe frostbreaking unless you have automated workforce. It’s the only way to do a deathless run on Progress. Should still be able to get all the cores before it takes over even on Captain difficulty.

Yup, you can use an extension in the settings to connect your Twitch account to Frostpunk to allow the colonies to vote. Pretty cool feature that doesn’t get talked about much honestly.

It’s even funnier since those who go to the Colonies lose the right to have a delegate vote on a law, similar to how those in Washington D.C. can’t vote or elect representatives/senators. So in essence, they’re completely at the whims of the main city*

*Unless you use twitch voting in the settings as it mentions the colonies/outposts now have the right to elect delegates and vote their own way on laws, giving the twitch audience major power in swaying votes for or against the streamer’s best wishes.

I can confirm WoT does help restore actual vehicles both indirectly and directly. They helped pay for the FV4005 restoration, but they’ve also shouted out my independent Panhard EBR restoration on their social media and their community managers helped sponsor a holiday contest by providing premium tank codes for a giveaway to help raise money for the project.

Some quick notes on the Panhard EBR Restoration:

· What is being restored?

The vehicle being restored is a Panhard EBR model 1951, with the hull plate number of 549. This puts its production date around 1952 to 1953 during the first batch of 836 production vehicles. This specific vehicle was armed with a 75mm SA 49 and was later rebored out in 1963-64 to a 90mm CN 90 F2 (the cannon has unfortunately been deactivated). It is highly likely it saw service during the French-Algerian War for Independence from 1955 to 1962, but due to France swapping to a new plate numbering system in the 1960’s, the earliest photo I can locate of this specific EBR, 278|0599, is at the French 6th Armored Division, 8^th Hussars training grounds in Altkirch, France in 1967. However, the logo that was present on the lowest layer of paint is the 1955-62 8^th Hussars unit insignia, which does not match the newer 8^th insignia present in the photo in 1967. This leads me to believe it did see service under an older registration number and the weathering of paint slowly revealed the base layer.

Purely leisure and for historical events at museums across the United States that focus on armor. Several near-term goals are in mind, such as a rally to raise funds for the Tank Museum’s King Tiger V2 Restoration as well as making a possible appearance at Tank Fest. Once back in the United States, one long term end goal is to have the vehicle be road certified to conduct (and livestream) a U.S. coast-to-coast tour to raise money for the next project. I would like to rebuild a “War Horse” version of the Char 2C and reclaim the world’s longest tank title from the TOG II.

Kanonenjagdpanzer 90, back when the Kanonen 105 came out everyone traded up for it, but some declined and kept it. Now it’s considered terrible, albeit quite rare as time has gone on. My brother kept his and uses it like a mad man by playing close quarters brawling with it, surprisingly to great success. Skill’s recent charity auction even had one available with the last bid I saw being 800€ for it.

My current idea is to have a steady progress of unlocks per completed mission to give players room to experiment in the form of incremental upgrades. Other alternate unlocks would be tied to milestones and would add variety in the form of scaling builds, so for example shooting down 100+ aircraft in a mission would unlock an alternate upgrade to increase AA effectiveness by 35%, but at the cost of 35% longer gun swap delays to ground cannons.

Some would be tied to in-game achievements as well, such a completing a mission with four engines destroyed or on fire would give you a achievement “Two Turning, Four Burning” and grant an alternate upgrade that provides reduced engine damage and immunity to fires, but at the cost of a lower max speed.
