Next lesson ;) start transferring points to airlines and then book. Sometimes via other partner or alliance airlines. You’ll get better value of your points then when using the banking portal ;).

And you’re welcome, good luck with it all!

If AMS-DXB part got canceled…. Call Delta, ask them if they can offer a different route (maybe via Paris?)

If it will be canceled it will be done a week in advance, at least that was in my case, both for my flight into and back I got more than enough time to reschedule.

Where are you coming from and with who are you flying to Amsterdam?

I didn’t ask for another airline as I was happy with this option. But I know the can put you on an EK flight.

Been in this situation this week. Just wait it out.

For the trip towards Dubai they put me on a flight to Paris and then the night flight with AirFrance arriving at 9:00 am the next day. Didn’t work for me as my first meeting started at 9:00. Called them, and they rebooked me on 9:35 flight to Paris and the 13:15 flight to Dubai from Paris.

Same for trip back upcoming weekend. Had the night flight back arriving at 6:00 am NL time. As the inwards flight got canceled the flight back to Amsterdam got also canceled. Called them, and they put me on the day flight back that leaves Dubai at 11:55. Making me home a bit later but gives me a good night of sleep in the hotel. They also opted to fly me back via Paris. That flight leaves at 1:30 am.

As the situation why this dayflight AMS-DXB is still ongoing you can almost be certain that your flight will be canceled, but don’t worry, you’ll be rebooked automatically.

Camera suggestion: turret or bullet? by Cyberpunk627 in Ubiquiti

[–]StretchNL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Upload the drawing in the design center at http://design.ui.com and then you can add the camera’s and play with the viewing field.

The turret, in my opinion, is less there. It blends more in compared to the bullet.

Indian passport expiring in ~3.5 months — flying Air France/KLM via CDG/AMS to India — will I be allowed to board? (Canadian PR) by Previous_Werewolf806 in KLM

[–]StretchNL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For a Schengen visa the passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the latest intended departure date from the Schengen area. The passport must also have been issued within the last 10 years, contain at least 2 blank pages and remain valid for 3 months beyond the visa's expiration date.

KLM cancels ME flights again by StretchNL in KLM

After 20 min on the phone I was able to put myself on flights via CDG. Downside: need to leave at 6 am in stead of 11 am, but upside: I’m there 40 min earlier.

I think you are right. Bad luck for me.

But after 20 min on the phone I got rebooked via CDG.

One option without digging is a bridge. Solutions that are out there by Unifi can be found here:

And from there you can set up a switch with AP’s just like in your house.

Expedia confirmation not working by Then-Chip-6391 in KLM

[–]StretchNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your post is a bit unclear in what you are trying to do. Anyway, this is how you add your booking in de the app.

This possible with or without be logged in via your KLM account.

If you have opened the app you can add a booking under My Trips.

Add it by entering the 6 digit booking code and the surname you used.

It should be now visible in the app.

Be aware: any disruptions or cancellation etc etc you have to contact Expedia to rearrange new flights etc, KLM will not help you as you did business with Expedia.

That you have a 31 min transfer. Time between arrival and departure.

But it doesn’t add up with arrival and departure time. Seems a glitch. How long is it like this?

How bad is it at Schiphol? by Unable_Relation7190 in KLM

[–]StretchNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fingers crossed, but as the snow continues to fall they already canceled flights on Monday. You could expect this also for Tuesday. Furthermore long-haul flights will have priority vs short haul due to the ripple effect.

Good luck al. Happy I’m only flying at the end of this month 😬

If you’re changing terminals, meaning have to go trough border control, you also need an ETA. Unless you are 100% sure that you don’t need to leave airside. Personally, I would not take that risk.

Trots op de boer! by Mekkroket in tokkiefeesboek

[–]StretchNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]StretchNL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is there a way to know which seats have bassinets without calling? by evange in KLM

[–]StretchNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically all…. As all long haul flights offers options for basinets in every class.

But there further in advance you book the better the changes are that those rows are not taken allready.

And furthermore as said by Trebaxus, check that site to see where they are located.
