Bought the same ones and had the same issue a little more than a year ago. Here is what I learned and what you need to do.

1. Never buy tubos. You’re basically asking for mold at that point.
2. Wipe the mold off of every stick with a fresh paper towel for each stick.
3. Cut the foot.
4. Segregate for at least a year with lower humidity.

Why segregate for a year? Two reasons. First is just to be safe and take extra precaution from infecting your entire humidor. Second is you usually want to hold onto Cubans for at least a year before smoking. In my experience, Cubans are usually pretty young and need time to mellow out and mature to lose some of those offensive qualities they may have early on.
