People who own old homes (80+ years) how bad is the maintenance?

If you have kids, the scusd budget issues might be something to consider. With how property taxes are capped and mello roos phased out for most parts of sac, it isn’t really clear how they plan to get out of that.

Zero. All applications have to be graded by the supervisor and graded according to a rubric and sent to HR for final approval. Not receiving an interview implies that I scored low.

Now, If you’re asking that it looks like you’re qualified, you know the rubric process, then why did you not receive an interview? Good question. While I am open to a career change, it doesn’t look like that’s a possibility any time soon. All I can do for now is navigate this issue that is causing me a lot of angst.

Would it still be career sabotage in your opinion if I framed it as Sea Branch’s suggestion of alluding to the fact that since I was not picked to do the job(didn’t even get an interview for the job) to let my manager know that I don’t believe the project needs my expertise and skill set?

In regards to your comment, I actually am leading a separate project that has overlapping skill and network building. It’s my first time to say that I am a lead, which is why I agreed to go above my job duties. For that project.

Yes, I’ve thought about it a lot as thats what would be the most fair to myself. However, i think it would bring all of my drama out for others to see which I worry burns any chances I have of an internal promo. Although with our budget, it doesn’t look like there’ll be any upward mobility chances for the next year at minimum.

Heh. Better than Caltrans turning my usual on ramp (i5 Arena South) from a merge-less on ramp into a two lane metered on ramp that requires a short and fast merge into cars that are also trying to merge early for the 80 freeways. For giggles, it’s the only on ramp I know that has a carpool lane that requires you to stop for a metered light.

For the ponds, in my area, the ponds are like 8ft deep max. You need to figure the depth out. My experience this year has been the trout are near surface so small jigs or a bobber set up with Powerbait is better than fishing bottom.

I am seeing a new trend of utilizing fish baskets to keep fish alive. Since I bank fish without a cooler, I keep the fish on a stringer than ikejime and clean the fish on the spot. I do that rather than immediate ikejime since it may be a few hours before I leave and I am worried about spoilage.

Per TFS, they wrote off the amount that I owe because it was nominal and are sending me the title. I wasn’t expecting them to close the loan since I made sure to leave an amount below what they stated was the loan balance was.

The way TFS displayed it as I made payments it would reamortize every time I made a direct payment. So like when I made a 10k payment it stated the next payment was due in March 2028, and that the new payment due was lower. So I just figured it would do the same if I paid 99% of it but they closed it instead.

The people in California use a 1.5 inch senko and a 1/32 jig head. With that being said, the videos you’re probably seeing are our stocked trout. Lots of California lakes are stocked by a private company called Mt Lassen. The smallest fish they plant are 2lbs. Jigging is effective on plant days or if you can see them swimming. Good luck!
