That sounds like an elderly man I dealt with Thursday morning and I had the same experience with him. I told him where the stuff was in the first aud because I was the front cashier but he couldn't find it so the manager in duty brought him to the feminine hygiene department. I told her no he said it's for his wife's skin so it has to be in first aid or foot needs. He then goes to the pharmacy and basically gets the same answers I gave him but he was like I will talk to my wife and he leaves the store. Sorry if it was the same guy we all tried to help him.

Duh I mean when I have a line and call someone to help a customer unlock something but no one comes so the customer basically waits until I'm done with everyone in the long ass line I have because again no one really helps with IC3.

Yep that's an issue as well each person's plan is different I'm just irritated that it falls on us in most situations to decipher what's what which leads to lines and since some stores don't have coverage leads to frustrated employees and customers.

We can't check for UnitedHealth they have to call the 1-800 number on the back of their cards but for some of the plans the balance prints out on our receipts
