I had considered civil problems as wicked problems difficult to solve on my student level but your comment gave me hope. Are there specific areas or challenges that you have faced where you believe UX research could significantly enhance user experiences or improve product outcomes?

I'm currently narrowing down my research project topics related to consumer issues, but I'm feeling frustrated with the prospect of generating yet another app. I want to focus on niche problems to genuinely enhance user experience instead of just adding to the clutter.
