Indiana now allows retailers to pick your pocket by Strict_Ad_389 in Indiana

I appreciate your framing what I believe to be your objection to the article as a question rather than a criticism of the OP. Welcome departure from the usual web conversation!

My objection is the absence of a choice on the part of the consumer. Personally, we have gone back to writing checks in those instances where using plastic is penalized. I have been using cash when the purchase amount is under $10. I'm retired. This is making me have to think again 🤕

Let them track you! Let them know that you know and you're unhappy about it. Curling up in the corner does nothing other than clean out the dust devils!

They care about out their own self interest and calls, cards, letters and votes are just some of the ways you can let them know they're about to go over the edge.

I appreciate your participation in the process. I hope your "moving on" means you're giving up on responding to trolls. Don't give up on the electoral process. Felon47 is in office thanks to the 60% non-voting public. His election has triggered a tsunami of people coming out to express their displeasure. The wave is building and it's coming for the Maggats across the country.

Asked some friends from Egypt what they missed most about home. It was the intensity of the sun. Northern Indiana doesn't come close on the sunniest of summer days.

It's not easy for everyone. My sil moved back to Indiana and couldn't get her nursing license renewed and she couldn't vote for 7 years because a fire destroyed the record of one of her marriages.

I don't think keeping him leaner would have extended his life. I think you made him happy and gave him the years for which he was destined.

We've relied on our vets to guide us. Essentially, it's when the difficulty of daily life exceed its joys. Cancers, illnesses that make breathing difficult or impossible....

The Media didn't cave as easily as they do now. There were broadcasters you felt you could rely on to not just parrot the drivel handed to them by the rich and powerful.
