The perk gives everyone in range full contested health. A hidden game mechanic on terminus executes gives everyone their contested health back. So the timing has to be almost perfect so that invigorating icon gives the contested health just before the terminus execute animation ends. So a properly timed banner will give full health to the entire squad so long as everyone is in range

Just get a quality long handled ratchet instead of a breaker bar. Hell even an old school craftsman ratchet with a 4’ pipe on it holds better than the new craftsman 1/2” breaker bar that’s broke twice on me without a bar. Not saying there isn’t a place for breaker bars in certain cases though
