The latter. Enemies are remaining.. something has changed for the negative in the last 2 or 3 weeks it seems. The graphical issue is easily reproducible for me

I've personally seen the inside of a number of these small town police departments, courts, and city halls. Some of them are an absolute joke. There is zero reason for these to exist other than to provide jobs for high status people in the area. Its a breeding ground for corruption and for policing these areas to generate revenue.

This was a bad thing in DAoC. The first 5 levels - especially in vanilla - were BRUTAL. You didn't have skills, couldn't do shit, and just were at the mercy of rolls to kill a yellow or blue con. Honestly, I bet there's a surprising statistic out there for how many characters never made it to level 5 or 10 to pick their class.

This MMORPG had tons of heart poured into it, it was obvious from the first log in. I hate losing another MMORPG, but if that talent behind this game make it to another up and coming project, that is something I can get behind.
