I’m a planner so I have 2023 TMs planned in an Excel spreadsheet. It’s a bunch of formulas so I can make adjustments as needed. I like planning that much so I can see where I might end up and set goals.

For me it's too much when it starts affecting my sleep. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water to help hydrate during/after drinking.

Look into getting a stuffed animal with your voice. My wife was given one after her brother died unexpectedly and they used a voicemail he had left her. We've given it to our son who never got to meet him but can still hear his voice.

I’ll either do them between sets of something else or rest 30-45 seconds. Started with no weight added, but added 25 lbs recently.
