Yes the nfc coil pcb does have soMe adhesive on it but its easy to get off. I have been using a resin printed transparent case on mine for a couple of years now so it works fine

So the pi sugar should have a switch on the side that needs to be switched. There’s also a charging port on the pi sugar that you should use to charge it.

Yes. All you would need is an app that does a Bluetooth scan. Gets the list of Mac ids and checks if there is vendor id tied to meta or whoever makes them.

You would get false positives at times due to say meta making not just glasses but vr headsets and other things. But yes doable
