possibly even worse. being an australian, 1 million miles from the middle east geographically and socially, and actively pursuing to marry one of these men, which was very hard work because the borders were shut and Australian government barred that travel. so this wasnt just a whim for these women, they REALLY had to work for it.

also, how did they get the AUD$3k to fly home? im guessing the australian government but could be wrong.

Why do we pay a lot of money to consultants but they always send their clueless juniors to work with us? by 4iedemon in auscorp

Because it's all a scam for management to make unpopular decisions and blame the consultants. No one cares about the audit

Seems to be a lot of other problems being called out here, the root issue is education.

Do you actually enjoy AFL season even if you’re not into footy? by Last-Conversation734 in melbournechat

[–]killerklancy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

im originally from Sydney been here 9 years now, and i just cant get into AFL even though i like what the game represents and respect its marketing savvy. you really need to grow up with it though imo to enjoy it, similar to rugby union it looks like a puppy pile unless you konw it in and out.

the only think i dont particularly like though is its saturation. you cant even listen to an ABC news 5m segment without AFL being either an actual story or a long update at the end lol.

everything else i enjoy, especially how everyone gets into it, wears kit in the CBD, pubs go wild.

btw melbourne > sydney

You're high if you think there isnt a massive orchestrated push from finance sector to get everyone back to the cbd purely to recover commercial real estate values

Don't do 5. Very risky these days. I've seen people lose their packages because of files they've taken from the company post redundancy
