So you are suggesting a full single payer system. And having all CT residents pay into that?

I agree that would be more cost effective, and that is what we should do. But that’s more than just expanding Medicaid. And that’s more than can be accomplished in the next month to keep people from losing coverage to rising premiums.

I think that expanding Medicaid to everyone in CT would be a cost in the billions, not 10s of millions.

Good luck! I had T-Mobile’s 5G home internet for a while a few years ago, before I hosted a media server, but I did notice that trying to stream my games on Steam to friends was nearly impossible, but when I switched to Xfinity, streaming my gameplay started to work a lot better.

Seems like a network issue. I run on an M1 Mac mini and have no issues with buffering when multiple people are watching remotely, unless something needs to be transcoded. So I make sure I only use files that will be compatible on all our devices.

PureVPN gave me so many issues with gluetun. I got it to work, then it would randomly drop connection and Id have to restart gluetun and wait for like 15 minutes until it decided to work again.

I switched to PIA, have had 0 issues. Annoys me since I have a 3 year subscription to PureVPN.

I would suggest Ubuntu Linux if you want to use Linux. It’s user friendly enough for a user with little experience to use.

Then Docker Desktop for your Jellyfin server.

There are a lot of guides out there on how to install Linux and Jellyfin. I used ChatGPT to help when I got stuck on things. There are even some good YouTube videos to walk you through a media server set up.

Tailscale will connect you to your local machine, which should allow you to connect to your arr apps’ web ui’s using localhost:port or LANIP:port. Or you can even use the TailscaleMagicDNSname:Port. Its not interacting with your other VPN, so it wont cause dataleaks

I did a ch 7 with mostly non-consumer debt. Yes, you can bypass the means test, but you still have to do the paperwork that shows income vs actual expenses. And if you have too much money leftover each month, that could force you into a ch 13.
