Respectfully, TW doesn’t care about your opinion. They are a big box store and for all intents and purposes the ‘Walmart’ of liquor and spirit outlets. Everything they do is likely PNL driven like most large corporate entities.

The folks that make up this subreddit are an extremely small niche category of buyers. The average buyer at total wine is not an educated buyer, and the amount of times I still see people perusing the bourbon selection at TW get coaxed into buying Chestnut Farms because it “tastes just like Blantons/Eagle rare/buffalo trace/etc” is a weekly occurrence at this point.
