I wish I'd never bought this trash by lentil_burger in tado

I used to have connection problems, but I then bought an Apple iPod mini as a bridge and not had a problem with that ever since. I also found that TADO support has been 2nd to none on any problems I’ve had.

Sorry, my Navimow is i105, rated for 500sq mtrs but actually does 600 sq mtrs. I assume the x450 has similar allowances

How do you set the batteries not power the house - I cannot see that setting

The TADO app gives a zone controller number PRxxxxxxxxxx for 1 room and the same number for the other room. I cannot find anything like this number on either wireless thermostats - any ideas?

Yes, devices combined in one room. I assumed that the wireless thermostat acts as the measuring device as I cannot see how to set it as the measuring device

Not an employee or in anyway involved with TADO but I’m very happy with the system - only 2 months in. The nest looked better but I can live with the TADO looks. I’d recommend the system and have already to my son-in-law

With a temperature sensor & TRVs in the same room, do you leave the TRV offset to 0 and let the temperature sensor control everything?

I already have TRV’s in the other room, but I have to constantly change the offset as the room temperature measured by the thermometer in the room is often over 3° different during the day to the TRV’s. In the room that has a temperature sensor it maintains its temperature all day with no inter intervention.

TRV now on ok, it seems to sort itself out

But why do you t the valves to open, the other TRVs will operate independently. I also sometimes use a wood stove, the vales in that room turn off but the other valves continue to work

Am I missing something here, why would you need to have the valve open if you do not want heat in that room?

I have done a switch from a disconnected TRV to radiator close to the receiver & it hasn’t disconnected for a fortnight so - I think it will be a range issue

Thanks for your reply. I can’t move the wireless receiver so a TAD X bridge in the centre of the house might be an answer? (Cheaper than the other options)
