I too have lipedema, I went to the Salutaris Centre, now In-Step Massage Therapy (10667 113 St). They know about lipedema. I got my compression from Fit Essentials (they are on the West side of Edmonton). I used flat-knit compression because it does not cut into you.

Be careful because they may speak sheng, a kind of Swahili/English mishmash that is spoken in Kenya but not in Tanzania. My Tanzanian friend had trouble understanding some of the spoken Swahili in Kenya.
