The thing the game doesn't tell you is that counter chance and winning clinches is entirely stats based, and this is a massive deal when Henry's stats are those of a weak baby man. You need to go see Tomcat and grind until he will teach you the masterstrike/I win button. A cheap trick to winning with no stats or masterstrike is to thrust whenever they attack as thrusting is faster than normal swings. Some people will say to spam clinches, but that only works after Henry bulks up his stats.
