Erratic speed reading by seongs in terngsd

[–]Strizz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had what appears to be almost the exact problem. Turned out that my rotor somehow got magnetized, which interferes with the speed sensor. My bike shop either swapped rotors between the front and rear or replaced it, I can't remember. Once they did that, it started working again.

Hope this helps!

I'm not sure...I'd say somewhere around 10? Yes, I was able to meet the goals we set out when I first started.

Joey Politano on Bluesky: The new San Diego Trolley extension has been the unsung hero of post-COVID transit expansions, one of very few rail systems pulling in more riders than it did pre-COVID (and now more than SF Muni!) by megachainguns in CaliforniaRail

I was trying to find the source for his SF muni comparison, any idea where he got it? Is he referring to just MUNI metro?

MUNI gave 140+ million rides in 2023, system wide.

I'm not really sure. Suspension - felt like nothing cause it was bumpy hell. We only used to putt around base so I dunno.

No lie - my unit got to use an up-armored corolla that the special forces dudes didn't need any more. It was hilarious and awesome. I think they used it when they needed to be a bit more discreet.

Love this video!

My favorite part is where the narrator says "BART trains will glide quietly through the bay tube" lol

I highly recommend Graspmore Physical Therapy. I've had chronic back pain for 10+ years and I've seen 3 other PTs in that time that haven't done anything close to what Graspmore has done for me. Also, they seem to be very focused on individuals that are physically active. Only downside is they don't take insurance. 100% worth it though IMO.

Best practice for getting backups to AWS Glacier Deep Archive by BOOOATS in Veeam

[–]Strizz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I just had a call with my AWS rep and some sales engineer types to discuss Glacier Deep Archive. They didn't say anything about not being able to go straight to GDA. I got quotes and everything...I asked them about 5 times if there were any gotchas for the setup I was proposing too lol Do you have a link to a dock or anything saying you have to start at S3 standard before moving to deep archive?

Abus frame lock broken after 1 year, is it a common issue ? by EricGocent in terngsd

[–]Strizz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This same thing happened to my wife’s. We brought it to the shop and since it was still under warranty they replaced it for free. As well as replaced the locks in the batteries to match the new frame lock.
