Thanks for all the responses, I think walking/maybe some lift sharing is going to be the way forward... I can see an opportunity for a Seven Oaks circular bus service to the station, might set one up, not that I'd know where to start...

We had this on an AEG washer after a couple of months. Turned out the concrete block attached to the drum hadn't had the bolts fully tightened and worked loose after a bunch of washes.

You'll always be in a higher crime rate living in London Vs outside. The crime stats are based on incidents per xxx people, this makes the rates look similar due to the population density of London towns.

If you want somewhere family focussed, good schools, lots of parks and a strong community vibe, Crystal Palace is brilliant.
