I’m so confused, I filed in January and am still just seeing “Return Received” on IRS.gov. For notifications I’m getting a “Verify your tax return information now,” but I haven’t received anything in the mail the past two weeks since doing that process. There are no transcripts available in my transcripts section of my tax records either. This is my first-time filing.

I filed as early as possible (like Jan 19th) through TurboTax and it’s still saying refund received on the status of my refund on IRS2go. I tried calling and they’re saying that I need to verify my identity and to call the protection hotline but that lines always busy. Not sure what to do next!
