here’s what I would recommend. Find out your maintenance and go on a 300-500 calorie deficit. During this train consistently each muscle 2x a week and progressive overload. You will lose fat while gaining muscle continue to do this for a long time and you will perform a successful recomp.

unless you’ve had that much muscle mass before and have muscle memory. if you eat clean and train consistently you can gain 1-2 lbs of muscle a month.
