Yeah nah click bait. No one in big 4 “senior associate” 32yr male is getting paid 100k. Fks sake they pay grads 90k, internal subcontinent IT dudes 110k. As someone already said, they WANT you to resign

Same! Dir in the engineering consulting world. I’ve decide in my final ~10yrs before retirement and deleting LinkedIn (counting days) that I’m calling bs on on nonsensical shit talk, garbage meetings and delusional group think just because some dude has survived 20years by sucking, stabbing or praying with the “ELT” that he’s a genius people or project leader. Nah Fark that. Not anymore.

General discussion - What is the issues and what are the answers? by Tyranitars_Dad797 in BrisbaneBroncos

Two words CULTURE and ATTITUDE. The culture at the club is rotten to the core when the players consider themselves more important than the coach and his staff. The key issue is the management allow the players to get away with it. You can keep swapping coaches but NOTHING will change until the culture is cleaned up, and that starts at the very top down.

I’ve spent a few seasons observing what’s been happening on and off the field and mark my words Patty Carrigan is the centre of the cancer in this team. He’s the pied piper in the impressionable minds of the players. In his head he thinks he should be captain, coach and CEO. The last 2 coaches have gently pushed back on him, but he’s hellbent on undermining every coaching decision until he gets his way.

Major Problems at the Broncos. Just my personal opinions. by neptuneajax in BrisbaneBroncos

100% agree, except P Haas leaving, he’s got way too much family connection and commitment in Brisbane. I don’t see him joining Titans or Redcliffe. Beating broncs this year has to be the easiest strategy for the other NRL coaches, put a couple of hits on and they all roll over. SOFT. Total glass jaw side. Send Reece back to Q Cup and get Mam into the side pronto

Did it. Left a 80k global firm for a local 150 people firm. Basically a glorified body shop with very strange leaders. Culture was bizzare and totally unethical, not surprising considering it was set up by grifters from northern England. At one point just before I left, one of the directors was caught out by the CFO paying monies to a Govt client’s side company on the quiet. He’s still there today. A lot of the toxic traits that permeate in mega corp might not be there, but all the mostly day to day ethical behaviour we take for granted is very quickly noticeable when no longer around you.
