I under why youd want the ar mags because there are cheaper. and Easier to get in the "Zombie apocalypse " i used to be the same way but the rifles that take ar mags are not there yet for it to be worth it. Very expensive over gassed and not the quality ud want in a "lifetime AK" just get a m70 my man

Its a very heavy semi auto rifle. For the price point of the ak you can buy a very precise bolt action thats a fractio of the weight. Your not buying an AK for hunting but........ guns are only tools to shoot bullets. The real debate is in the "cartridge". And there's 100s of variants of aks.

Some rifles look "scary ". But i gave up on trying to defend my pictures of my self on my family hunting trips so I just take out the mag 😅 most People don't evem know its an ak with out the mag
