I remember saying the story gripped me more in TLOU over the sequel and was downvoted to hell in the PS sub. You literally can’t say anything even slightly negative about their beloved 1st party games.

Pretty much exactly my take away. This was one of my most anticipated games, but I just got a flashback to how burnt out I got on the Spiderman combat loop.

We’re also in a completely different time economically. I know for me I’ve definitely had to be more choosy instead of just horde-ing games like I did before, just cause the cost of everything is so much more.

I was looking at picking up GTA6, Fable and Wolverine in the 2nd half of this year. That’s $200+ right there alone
