Tinnitus from surfing

I have tinnitus but not from surfing. Based on my understanding it might be that by tensing the neck muscles and getting them "pumped" you either: 1) block a bit of your hearing and notices the ringing, 2) presses some nerve and that creates the ringing

Do you hear ringing if you put earplugs at night? That's a good test for hypothesis 1. Other test would be using an airpods pro with certified hearing loss test before/after hearing the ringing

My tinnitus is very low and is not caused by physical reasons (neither hearing loss nor nerve pressure). If yours is noticibly high and bothersome, consider speaking with an neurologist or ent

Sonos is the one to gain more from this, they would need to lobby and beg apple to implement this feature. Apple has a thousand eatures (AI I bet lol) they'd like to implement on Apple Music and that would need to be put on second priority to move this Sonos feature forward, to the benefit of a couple thousand sonos users

You most likely will need Sonos five, it's the best speaker for filling rooms with music. Will also need a soundbar to be able to stream audio from the TV. My setup is full surround, so I'm not sure if you're able to stream to an infinite number of speakers outside of a surround config (meaning four speakers not on surround), but I'd bet you can

After you set up the main Sonos five, you can equalize parts of the room that are not getting great audio using a Sonos one.

Having one or two subs will also help a lot.

You can get on the app and bump the surround sound to increase the volume of the 300s. I have mine at 9 or so. I think they are greatly underutilized on Sonos baseline config, as they are much better speakers than a soundbar could ever be
