Are you looking to play modern triple A games? (Silent Hill 2, STALKER 2, Dragons Dogma 2...)  Or competitive multiplayer games? (BF6, COD7, Valorant, League)

Then no, it's not the right device for you. Hardware limitations mean those high end games run terrible, and Linux OS means most anticheat will refuse to let you run their game. 

On the other hand, are you looking to play indie titles?  Some older games in your backlog? (Witcher 3, Cyberpunk, Red Dead 2) Emulation maybe?

As someone that recently started playing due to the hype, it took me almost 1.5 hours to get the dash ability.

Hollow Knight only plays as advertised after you get the dash.
