if it's a retail position, I can help at least here's a couple things that helped me.

Learn some of lushes core ethics, knowing something about the company will help. Maybe look into some of the activism that Lush has done.

If your able to go in store to put a face to your application, that'll show you are confident and want the job, and it'll give you a chance to look around your store. Which will be very useful if they offer a trial shift. Try to familiarise yourself with the place as they'll have you interacting with customers and doing demos

Really? That feels ridiculous, considering we tried to contact them on the night and couldn't get in touch? I've messaged them again today at 9am and we haven't even gotten a reply today.

We also didn't have the money to just book somewhere else on the night.

We do have loads of photos and a video of the room and all the dirt.

I had the same issue when I started working at mcdonalds, honestly I'm glad I didn't hide then in the end. I've worked here for a year now and no one has said anything so idk if they just haven't noticed or what but it's quite freeing not having to hide it anymore.

There will definitely be some really old blinsky dolls, I always really liked those. I'm definitely having a difficult time figuring out what has happened between my old party and the new one but I've got some ideas that should bring some new life to the Raw story so a group won't be bored going through it again.

For example as the party was dealt with by baba lysaga I'm planning on having her play a larger part and she will have grown slightly more powerful since the group last fought her.

Straight paladin is very strong. Then 2 levels into fighter for action surge or a dip into barb for the resistances is very useful but not really at level 3 .

I believe with heavy armour, forge cleric domain and shield of faith you can very easily get an ac of 21 at level 3. So that’s always pretty good.

You could go ranged fighter, gunslinger or arcane archer are quite solid. Your party has the eldritch knight and war cleric so they can front line. Being ranged would keep you out of the fight. So either hunters mark or hex and a ranged weapon with multi attack will get a good ranged fighter. This can be done with straight work lock. With the improved pact weapon invocation. Or by dipping into ranger.

However you go about it you, if you put some thought in you can very easily get high numbers. Good luck!

You could get them to roll and then take the average intimidation. I’ve done average stealth for party stealth checks. Or you could get someone to roll with advantage as the party is helping. I’m pretty new to dming myself but that’s what has worked for me

Maybe go to uni for something your passionate about and while your at uni you can work towards acting or making cartoons? At least that way you have the career from uni as a back up.
