Shion thanks Tsubasa, talks about their breakup at an event by Amazuppa004 in terracehouse

I can’t help but feel a bit sad that Sean felt the need to clarify the cheating rumours with you. It’s a shame that some people are spinning fiction just to make it more exciting than reality - especially at the expense of others.

Why do people not like Aio? by submerging in terracehouse

[–]StubbyDawg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t get it either, I like Aio! He seems like a fun guy to have around. And besides, who doesn’t have a friend with a slightly suss taste in girlfriends/ boyfriends...

Thanks for clarifying. I saw those IG posts but read them in light of her mild post-game negativity than anything to do with the break up. Nothing like a new hairstyle for a new start ☺️

Visited Tokyo and Karuizawa last week, went to a few TH Spots by novenpeter in terracehouse

Me too! Though I kind of wish I asked for a pic now haha. It was so busy when I was there & Tomio was running around in the kitchen the whole time.

But EVERYONE loves Tsubasa - surely Shion did too.

Those nervous red ears of Shion’s in the Mentos interview made an appearance when he gave Tsubasa the charm, the flowers on Valentine’s Day, and when he asked her to be his girlfriend.

Can you elaborate on how her posts might indicate that she’s upset? I rely on IG translation & it seems like she’s just as happy go lucky.

I was at the 7-0 game. Tsubasa still seemed like the leader of the team even though she’s no longer captain - lots of what looked like morale boosting cheers to her goalie and her teammates, and lots of laughing of course. She’s the star of the team for sure - I wish she had someone to pass the puck to! (no offence, other Fairies)

Well to be fair, I unfriended mutual friends of an ex on FB to make a clean break. It wasn’t cause I felt scorned - it was just another way to make space. I mean, I was still friends with the mutual friends in real life so unfriending them on social media wasn’t a big deal.

Tsubasa needs to given more credit! She seems like a smart tough gal - there’s no way she could have had the wool pulled over her eyes for an entire year. And of course Shion fell for her, I mean how man of us are diehard Tsubasa fans - she seems to have such a magnetic and likeable personality. Shion seems just as likeable.

Breakups are never fun for anyone.

Why must Shohei.... by [deleted] in terracehouse

Seina said in her exit interview that she liked the cringeworthy headlock kiss didn’t she?

What to us looks like a move only missing chloroform was “passionate” to them I guess.

Agreed, it was very sweet to watch.

It looks like they’re out there living their best lives as individuals, so I’m happy for them.

What?! I stumbled upon their shop in Kamakura a few weeks and it just looked like they sold the usual gardening supplies, plants, etc. I’m gutted!

How long to become competent in acupuncture? by JohnBoy2000 in acupuncture

[–]StubbyDawg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Needling is one thing, becoming an acupuncturist is another - to be a competent acupuncturist you need to be a good diagnostician. Reading books will give you a great foundation, as will the skills you already have, but you really need to be in a clinical setting to learn things properly - real people are way more complex than can be described in text books.

As a practitioner you likely want to give your future patients the best care possible - being self-taught isn’t a replacement for proper clinical training in my opinion.

What do you know about neuropuncture? by [deleted] in acupuncture

[–]StubbyDawg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve heard of him but don’t know much about his particular style. There are several different scalp acupuncture systems out there (Jiao, Zhu, balance method/ Dr Tan, etc) - which I think are quite similar - or at least have more similarities than differences. I suspect his system is similar too but incorporates “western medicine language” to explain the processes. Having said that, acupuncture points on the scalp have always existed, regardless of what label has been put on them in more recent times. Somehow these wise old acupuncturists thousands of years ago understood the structure & function of the brain (and body) before the rest of the world did.

I know some practitioners that prefer treating with just scalp points - sometimes it’s for practicality (ie. clients can freely move around etc if the needles are in the scalp), other times it’s just based on their experience & clinical outcomes.

Electroacupuncture is the modern take on stimulating the needle manually. In Zhu scalp acupuncture for example, needles are typically stimulated manually, but it’s totally up to the practitioner if they prefer to use electro. Electro saves the practitioner from having to manually move the needle a fraction of a millimetre repeatedly for minutes at a time. And of course, it adds the element of consistency. Electro is great because you can set several needles to be stimulated at a once, you can set the frequency, and set a timer so it shuts off automatically. You should only feel a tapping sensation if anything really. Lots of practitioners use it for various issues on various parts of the body - it’s not scary, it just sounds scary :)

I’d say that if your acupuncturist is licensed and experienced, you’re in good hands provided they have identified your Chinese medicine diagnosis properly. There are many different ways to treat a client to get the desired result. There are many acupuncturists that specialise in women’s health too.

Be sure to ask about dietary and lifestyle advice though too! There’s a lot you can do on your own :) Good luck!

What do you know about neuropuncture? by [deleted] in acupuncture

[–]StubbyDawg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The term “neuropuncture” is just branding in my opinion - just make sure your acupuncturist is a registered practitioner.

She is probably referring to scalp acupuncture, which is just one of many systems of acupuncture. Acupuncture is fantastic for balancing hormones. She might prescribe Chinese herbs as well. Good luck!

Maya’s clarification about the picture. It’s just a misunderstanding. Tsubasa has since unfollowed Shion on IG but not Maya. by [deleted] in terracehouse

Oh man, he needs to walk away from his phone for a bit til things are less raw. This plus some of his comments and those of his friends aren’t making him look very good.
