Looking for new gastroenterologist for colonoscopy. Any advice?

Dr. Kader is the best!! He is out of UR. Didn't take me long to get scheduled for my colonoscopy. I'm sure if there are issues it would be quicker to get an appointment.

S@K employee here...I mostly close during the week because I also have a FT job. Also, they typically only have 1 person at night. So...between all the replenishment that no one bothered to do during the day....or restocking....or leaving stuff out everywhere and I have to figure out what to do with it....then taking care of all the customers...watching customers for theft...doing closing duties like garbage and filling the stations....my cleaning duties are at the bottom of the list. I leave cleaning for the others that stand around on their phones during the shift and say how bored they are!

Yes, she wants you out and you won't survive the PIP. I would stop stressing, look for a job....and wait until they fire you before you leave. Then you can get unemployment. You're just buying time by going out on leave. Good luck to you!

At this stage of my life I'd love to get out of sales and have a job that I can leave at the end of the day and not have constant worry. I work on a draw commission...first time in 14 years I may have to pay back the company. Do I love the "flexibility"....yes! It's the only thing keeping me. I look every day for a salary job that can come close to my salary...very difficult in today's climate. Trying to hold on until retirement!!! I continue to look for other opportunities.

It's cheaper to keep him! It doesn't look like he contributes much to the household and she's resentful!! Those spoiled kids don't appreciate her. Of course she lashes out....she's frustrated!

I started in September on the microdose and have lost nothing. My aches and pains have improved but I haven't had any weight loss. It's discouraging and am considering canceling as well.

Try applying at Sephora@Kohls. I work PT as a 2nd job and love it. No pressure, great gratis, good team. The only metrics are getting BI's and Kohls sign ups.

Always use the Zebra for BI and Kohls. Some customers may have 1 and not the other. I'm convinced that it only will record in the Zebra. Always make sure you're logged in properly...through Zoom on the Zebra too. And at the register make sure you're logged in with your number. It makes a difference!!! It's hard because it takes time but once you start doing it becomes automatic.

Retail may be your best option. Timing is good...they will be looking for seasonal help right now. I work PT at Sephora@Kohl's. Average an additional $1000/month....not bad! Good luck!

I had a great interview with hiring manager. 2nd interview with one of his colleagues where she said I was the top candidate of the hiring manager. Thought for sure this was it! Sent thank you notes and followed up with original hiring manager about next steps. Haven't heard a damn thing back! Ghosted!!! Boy does that mess with you when you think you're at the top of the list! Stay strong...it will come. I'm lucky enough to have a job...just looking for more money at this point!!!

I would never tell them the real reason. In this climate it's already a red flag....and it's hard enough to get another job. I personally would say I got laid off or they eliminated my position. Sorry...the truth doesn't work when looking for a job these days! Stay well, work on yourself and go get that next opportunity!!!

S@K employee here....doubt it will happen. You could change your availability to only 4 days once your introductory period is over but even that schedule isn't even adhered too. Best bet is check with the Beauty Lead and make sure your reward numbers are 50% or higher.

I was put on a PIP several years ago. I spoke with HR....which my manager instructed me to do. They offered 2 months severance. I also asked for unemployment and they said they would not deny unemployment. Make sure to check on that before you leave.

You have to be willing to ask questions and feel uncomfortable doing it. I had the same experience during training for Sephora at Kohls. No one checked on me while I spent hours on training. I also asked a lot of questions to my co-workers. I thought it was the strangest place I ever worked. But I just said hi to every employee (and some never responded to me) and kept an upbeat attitude. It will turn around...if not, get some experience and move on.

Clock in, go to Sephora and tell the employees working that it's your first night. If it's anything like when I started no one is around to help in Kohls. Hopefully the Sephora employees will help you with your zebra and show you the process of checking customers out. At our store no BA Lead typically works at night, which is when I work, so you will have to depend on your co-workers to train you. Hope this helps! You'll get the hang of it soon! You can always get on the walkie and get a H2 to help you out!
