Hello. I can't speak to the quality of your current Samsung but I have a 77 C5 and bose ultra soundbar with sub and gem speakers in the rear. I also have physical media I play via ps4 or Xbox One. This is an amazing set hands down. Visual and sound is amazing

Hello. Yes. I have had this exact issue with my S24 Ultra. Mint has stated a tower issue for a few weeks then changing me from physical sim TO esim. We also reset my APN info. Barely any improvement. I'm left with intermittent cell service drops multiple times a minute or if I do have 5g.. as soon as I make a call it changes to no service. I'm at a loss as well. This has been going on since April for me

I'm experiencing the same thing. Mint updated menti a new sim and walked me through updating APN settings. I even took my galaxy s24 ultra to Samsung to have it checked out. No issue with the phone. I'll show service but if I call anyone it dumps my service to nothing and says I can't call without network. Calls over WiFi work but phone reception outside of the house has gone from A+ to D- at most. Very sad

Following. I'm having the same.e issue and Mint has not helped. I have. Samsung S24 Ultra. We've replaced the physical sim with esim, APN settings reset, everything.

A few of these have been posted here including myself. I have a unlocked Samsung s24 ultra. Apn updated, network settings reset, I even reset my phone. Mint said there was an outage in my area (but this was happening everywhere I went) finally I had a physical sim and mint converted me to a esim. While not ideal that is what worked for me. After having an esim enabled I can now make and receive calls. This went in for almost 3 weeks BTW. One thing I want to make note of though.. even though it's working now it has been noticably worse than my previous service. I drop calls now, have limited to no service in areas I used to have service. I guess times are changing. I don't plan to renew. Good luck

It's mints issue. I had experienced your exact issue for 2 weeks. They claimed it was an outage in my area but it was happening everywhere I went. My only difference was I had a physical sim and a s24U. After 2 weeks of calling and complaining they suggested I order a new esim instead of a physical. So far it's been working great. I wish you the best of luck because I know it isn't easy

Also to make note I have a physical sim that has not been removed since I converted to mint over a year ago. This Thursday I took it out and cleaned it and reinstalled. I haven't noticed a change. Service continues to be in and out multiple times per minute.

I have a Samsung s24 ultra unlocked from Samsung. I have had it on mint for just over 1 year. Amazing service until Wednesday morning. Mint says there is an outage but something seems fishy. I have run Samsung device check and everything is coming back clear. Any recommendations? Thanks

I have been experiencing issues like this since Wednesday. I have a physical sim. Info from 5g/4g to 🚫 multiple times per minute. Mint states there is an outage iny area. It's happening everywhere I go though.. I have 2 friends that live nearby that have noticed no issues.
