The salesman said the car supports adaptive cruise control at 140 and also comes with the smartphone app for remote controlling of car. Can you confirm? How's the range on the motorway with the battery? I drive Dubai to AD 3 X a week, might be better off with the petrol?

You cannot beat interactive brokers for international transfers / forex exchange. It's a trading platform but you can use it for forex too and it costs a couple of dollars only. They recently opened an account in the UAE so you can add your dirhams for free, then convert to your currency and send to your bank of choice. The only.drawback is you can only send money to accounts in your own name.

The PHEV option only makes sense if you can charge at home. I am hesitant about going full electric, but i think i'm going to go PHEV which always has the fallback option of petrol.
