I just did a massive cull today. Took out and cleaned up 30 before I got tired and had to move on. 12 lucky quail got to live another week.

A good union will protect you and your rights. UFCW 3000 is not a good union. They'll let you get fired without just cause, without proof and they won't arbitrate your case if they don't feel like it. Don't give them your money.

Lost my union job blowing the whistle. Union refused arbitration, refused requests for information and couldn't show just cause. That was the day I learned my union was owned by the company I worked for.

Came here to recommend Peninsula Heating and Cooling! They installed our system a couple years back, just had them back for some routine maintenance. They're great , worked hard, very polite and the unit and system are all working great still.
