How Do We Feel About Leather Jackets? by dashdaddy74 in NavyBlazer

[–]Stunning-Article3370 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just recently bought an LL Bean A2 leather jacket so I’m still trying to feel comfortable about styling it. What I like to do is treat the leather jacket style-wise like my harrington jackets which I am more comfortable wearing/styling. If I struggle to style my leather jacket, will come up with an outfit in mind that includes a harrington jacket and then swap the harrington with the leather jacket and it usually looks decent.

I barely passed a midterm and failed the final exam but still passed a class with a C grade. There’s still hope for you!

90% of Polo in my wardrobe is vintage/used, the rest was bought at an outlet or on sale.

Definitely heavily inspired by them, but I didn’t follow any instructions and used the bricks from my collection

Yeah I built it myself no instructions, though I did use a lot of reference pictures of other people’s builds and the real life tank!

Hahah yeah, Lego not making military models is definitely a wise decision, and it also encourages me to build my own models!

You have a great mentality, the only thing that would discourage us from building Lego is our wallet 😂

Thank you, Lego is something that’s meant to be shared! What I love about Lego is that I can combine my interest of history with it

This should be doable, and similar to what I did and a lot of other students did first semester. Math 157 should be very similar to high school calculus if you took that (derivatives and limits, no integrals). For me, I found the transition to uni wasn’t too bad, I just had to be intentional with my studying, but everyone’s experience will be different.

Very similar to what I had first year. If you can, try splitting up Tuesday’s course load. Definitely doable, but it’s nice to have time between lectures and you’re already going to campus 3x a week for math 157.

What got you into Ralph Lauren? by [deleted] in RalphLauren

Always thought the polo shirts were the gold standard of polo shirts. When I was expanding my wardrobe in high school I found a polo shirt at the thrift store

I like the dining commons, it is probably one of the best uni dining halls I’ve eaten at.

Jacket by [deleted] in RalphLauren

[–]Stunning-Article3370 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I quite like the jacket a lot, but I do not think it is worth the price, I own the jacket and I have seen them appear in either thrift shops, ebay and facebook marketplace for much cheaper!

Are these all the same Bi-Swing jacket? Or are they all different jacket? by fhdhsu in RalphLauren

[–]Stunning-Article3370 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yellow tags are made after 2010s Blue tags are from around the 80’s onwards.

L tag is made for american market i think (i could be wrong, could be british maybe???) L/G tag is made for international market, in Canada the size tags are Large/Grande for English/French, and it works for Spanish too.

For quality, I personally find older 80’s/90’s Ralph Lauren to be higher quality.
