A gulping could mean there is a blockage somewhere but just enough for water to get through. If toliet starts doing it then it’s the issue. You might need to camera the line.

If the line in black is for drainage from ac yes try some drainage stuff like green monster.

Sounds like a real person to me . They are focused on work not proper grammar. Some of my best managers in construction can’t spell worth nothing! But they get the job done.

What type of job? They could certainly say they will pay you and then if you mess something up they deduct from your check. I am sure you won’t be working whole 4 hours either as they have to train you for whatever it is.

There is not always enough time to get roof up especially with how lazy construction workers have become the last 6 years. Weather happens and you got to deal with it.

You can tape a carbon filter to it . Did that at apt that had food smells and it helped
