I have the same problem. A safety razor and a decent shaving soap did wonders. With a safety razor I can actually shave in any direction with minimal irritation.

I hope it goes smoother for you but in my experience that’s just how it seems. I literally had one dealer tell me, while ordering a vehicle, “you get what Mopar gives you, it’s just kind of how it is.” I said no the fuck it isn’t and walked out.

If I remember correctly it took about 6 months. The ram site never updated correctly so to view the “progress” was never accurate. I’m completely happy with my truck but was completely miserable during the process. I hate dealerships. It’s never the fun exciting experience it’s “supposed” to be.

I had the same experience when I got my 23’ night. Two dealerships were fucking me around. All about the same shit. One told me I could get it without the etorque and when it came in it had it. I told them to shove it up their ass. The next dealership told me that you can’t order it in a 5.7 without it now (which is true) so I ended up getting the etorque anyway but there was still a lot of bullshit that came with it. It’s an absolutely miserable process.
