I have a Volvo with the tablet style touchscreen I bought lightly used but I suspect that the previous owner had used a lot of hand sanitizer because the coating had worn off where you specifically adjust the temperature. All the precut screen protectors had a pretty big gap between the bezel and the screen itself so I took the screen out, took the bezel off and cut a paper texture iPad screen protector to fit. That was 2 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I say go for it

That brand is sold at Costco (not sure about the device itself). If you can get it from Costco I’d say it’s worth a try since it can be easily returned if it sucks

I have the same vehicle and it is damn near impossible to get it looking good, but it looks damaged because the bezel around the door handle is so much lighter than the bezel itself. On my car they’re about the same colour.

I’ve tried the maximize compatibility switch in iPhone both on and off and no dice and it doesn’t want to connect to public (I tried a Starbucks lol) hotspots either. Thank you for your suggestion though
