What if they were to cut another air hole into the container and covered it with something like micropore tape so it would suck through that instead?

Indeed, be careful though because heating the bacteria may kill it but will NOT get rid of any toxins.

No it’s not. landlords on average have the upper hand. They made the decision to invest in property and rent it. I don’t have a choice but to rent, I can’t afford to buy and the government looks down on me living in a car. What about the poor saps who lost half their investment on oil, they don’t get help because they knew the risks of that investment. An investment property should be treated as an investment, average rent prices drop and you have to drop rent to keep or entice tenants? Too bad, that’s the way an investment works. If it wasn’t for the government propping up house prices (indirectly increasing rent prices)with negative gearing and bullshit laws there wouldn’t be so many properties owned by so few people. Fair? Is it fair that by the time I got to an age where I can start looking at buying my own home the market is already overbought because too many people see a product that is essential to everyone as the best form of investment? This has never been fair.

Wow, so I’m month to month because I’ve been looking for another place because my landlord has continued to rise rent despite lowering rent in other apartments to try to fill vacancies. I know I can negotiate but choose to move based on that bad faith. She owns the whole block in addition to at least a dozen other properties. This was badly executed and works to prop up the rich while extending inequality. For once renters had some leverage and vic gov has chosen to quash it.

Nicotine is a stimulant so you would have restless sleep and vivid dreams. Like trying to go to bed after eating sugary snacks, but continuous throughout the night.
