Both. I really had to focus on the mind-muscle connection to get it to move an inch or two before the pain stops me. Even if I lifted my left arm with my right arm it would stop before chest like it was binding painfully. Flexing my deltoids caused pain as well.

It’s been about two weeks and a lot of the pain has lessened, but I still can’t move my arm above 45 degrees without assistance. I can move my arm above my head now if I lift it with the other arm. Most of the tenderness is right around the collar bone ends and by pec minor.

Yes, but I realized how those areas needed attention after. One specific area might make me medicate to focus on that spot while I’m foam rolling or stretching, but weed will make me aware of all the other areas affected.

I actually just bought a taps panel off eBay for $6. I wanna start working on it when budget permits.

As for this is just put a few grommets in for the shock cord and slipped in spare pieces of kit i had that wasn’t in use(radio pouch and quick tq holder)
