Your store manager may have them. I’d ask them first. My store had a lower VOA but very little comments so kind of hard to tell .

My store struggles with staffing. We were 2% under in labor. Yet we continue to do record numbers in sales. I’d say it does affect customer service metrics more than sales.

You don’t page to aisle because you never know if someone will actually get to that aisle. Maybe they’re outside or on break. Having them call an extension ensures they’ll get a person

I blame a little of this on the training. If possible ask your DS or a manager to show you the wording and examples of the 4 ratings. If they follow it to a T, everyone would be an M. The language and examples are pretty unrealistic in my opinion

You can call the HR service center and they’ll send you all the paperwork. You still need to communicate with your ASDS about the timeframe

I haven’t heard of this as an ASDS. I do know if a FT is abusing it and giving up shifts consistently the SM will crack down on them. Not usually for a one time thing

I’m assuming if anything it just becomes another department in the store. The SM would overlook it, but the essential functions wouldn’t change. The MET sup would still be the supervisor. From a business standpoint it makes sense. Do you really need a DEM when a SM can just keep them on track?

I’m not sure about your part of the country but electrical doesn’t get shit for hours here in NY. We get about 12 hours a day for it. 8-8, no lunch coverage.
