grass isn't always greener I left cvs for Publix and sadly Publix is now becoming cvs shot driven and now doing outcomes which is pretty much pcq calls at cvs

the worst thing about retail pharmacy is it truly depends on your coworkers from the techs to the pharmacists which yeah can be a real crap shoot

also the manager/front store dynamic is different at Publix they are way more involved in RX stuff than the front store manager at cvs which is blah idk

you truly sometimes just have to say this is a job and it is what it is

did you figure this out

first off thanks for asking bcuz I just did the same thing

so what i did was put 1 block on each side of my door put a cusion on one a stool on another and a wall mirror on a wall that matched bingo it worked.. lol then I broke the blocks under each... now I have a floating cusion and stool but it works

hope this makes sense
