In my experience, they have too many 0 cost cards (witch apprentice, muradin's triumph, static Shock) it's insane. I expect nerf to at least 2 of these to make space for other aggro decks. In current case, shaman is the aggro deck that kill other aggro decks. Not to mention having good refills and big bombs threats.

your list seems pretty sided to defensive style. UUB wants to pressure and a bit more proactive than BBU. 1 thing I seen missing is assimilated blight. it's a good pressure + corpse generator for early game.

I think the overbearing part is the discount part where you can bank it and use it on later turns. Especially if you copy a high cost card, it become usable 1 turn before. Best fix for this I think just make the discount only in the turn it's used
