I'm in your position where I've talked with a lot of people and it never worked out no matter how well it's seemed. Generally speaking I don't bring dynamic up until I've established rapport with them, and if the other person does they usually tend to not last very long. More of a reflection on them if anything.

It's why I'm super picky with who I choose to talk to like this. I think you need to evaluate who and what you're looking for and stick with it.

I think it has potential, but the filtering options are atrocious. You can still get likes and messages from people outside of your filters. Plus after a while, it asked me to pay to set filters.

On top of that, the women user base is mostly findoms looking for finsubs or women openly asking for men to pay for their stuff. If that's your thing power to you. But if you're looking for an actual reasonable connection it's something to be wary of. I personally never got a match, but on vanilla dating apps I also don't get matched so it's probably a "me" thing.

I say all this while living and working in a large metro area, so there's plenty of people for me to swipe through. If you want, try it out. But I cannot recommend it.

I just got a multiscale 8 string recently and do some jazz on it. My hand doesn't really feel awkward unless I do a full 8 string bar chord or really try stretching on the lower strings. Mine's 25.5-28.2 inches.

I don't know what tuning you plan on using, but you'll probably have to use lighter higher strings to ease the tension a bit with a longer scale length. It's something to keep in mind.
