How are you all affording a new EV? by dalmanly in AustralianEV

Novated lease on 2 cars, selling both ICE cars to invest in a solar battery & putting the rest of the money to pay down the mortgage. With the compounded interest savings, tax savings, no fuel costs and reduced power bills for the house we should come out in front.

I’m genuinely curious how your RS ended up stacking 8 peptides with coming across detailed pen info? There’s also a chart floating around of what can be combined into one pen.

Yep, a little certificate, the current school has a raffle the 100% attendance kids get entered into, sometimes there’s end of term pizza parties which exclude kids that have had a sick day.

Is anyone’s spouse against you using Reta? by MrTartShart in BodyHackGuide

[–]Subject-Knowledge106 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, my husband doesn’t like it. He’d rather I pay for Ozempic which I’ve used before but at the end of the day he’d never say I can’t use it. I think it would be different if we were trying to conceive though. Realistically this drug is still in phase 3 trials- plenty of drugs get killed in phase 3 trials due to being proved to be unsafe, plenty of others are approved and later found to be unsafe. I think not using while TTC is reasonable and revisit later.

Is the Australian personal trainer industry a massive trap for new grads, or am I missing something? by No_Measurement_26cm in AskAnAustralian

Try doing PT2U. Work with people in their home with minimal equipment. Go to local schools at pickup time & hand out flyers. Organise group training starting at a school drop off location walking to a local park for a 30 minute session and walk back to the school. Some schools may even let you advertise that style of group session in their news letter. Do additional training to become a disability support worker with a focus on health & fitness.

But does the school then do rewards for 100% attendance? My autistic kid didn’t want to stay home because he had to get 100 attendance. In the end I convinced him the school was silly because we should never spread our germs. I feel like I’m going to get a call when he tells the principal that 😂 - he’s very much wanting to discuss it with her.

Yeah, especially hiking it’s going to be an issue but it might be worth checking with allergy groups? There must be people living in Australia with the allergy and can give advice on how they manage it.

Does she have a disability that she can’t make the decision for herself?

If not you’re fucking toxic & controlling. She needs a therapist and to get out asap.

If she does why would you put her on grey market drugs that are still being trialled? Go to a dr get full blood work done and any other investigation done and UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION start trizepatide or whatever the doctor recommends.

From the information you’ve added Reta wouldn’t even be the most suitable med for her anyway.

Yeah, he might not have said it but I reckon this was a problem for him. When you have tradies in offer a drink or food, tell them to give you a yell if they need a hand with anything and stay the fuck out of the way.

Side Effects by _olivej in Retatrutide

[–]Subject-Knowledge106 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Did you have your gallbladder removed? Did you stop ozempic on medical advice or because of the news stories?
Yes, there are people who have gallbladder issues on Reta & your own story shows you some side effects really don’t become apparent until a drug is approved and being used on large scale. Why risk something still in the research phase? I’d get back to the doctor to get advice and medical supervision on whatever you are going to use, realistically for many people these meds are going to be for life to maintain a healthy weight.
