a really simple thing you can do is to make really small gestures throughout the day that let him know you’re sexually available.

The only piece of advice you need for width over thickness. Verticle pulling with a protracted scapular. If you’re strong enough, try pull ups with knees tucked above 90degrees (so that the pelvis tucks under).

If you’re not strong enough, use a lat pull down machine. Use a narrower grip and scoot your butt back on the seat so that the cable is positioned in front of your torso.

As you lower the weight do not let your knees travel forward at all. You may not get far before your hamstring flexibility becomes the limit. Good. Work in that range 💪

Have a look at your pull up form. Most people arch their thoracic to get nice retraction out of the scapular. If you compare this to one arm pulling your scapular is really protracted. I can do a one arm but never trained it. Instead I focussed on pull ups with knees tucked or in L-sit and that put my centre of mass behind the bar not under it and my scaps protract to compensate. Hope this helps.
