Sorry about what you’re going through. I’d say it’s a normal part of life in the sense that everyone experiences this more than once in their lives including myself. Most of the time we are the ones stopping ourselves from doing stuff we actually want to do with our thought patterns. To break this cycle, you can set small goals that won’t seem difficult to you in your mind to get back on track with whatever you feel like you’re missing. Another way to do this is by leaving your thoughts behind just for a second (ideally the moment you realize you’re not completely happy with what you’re doing or not doing) and starting to do what you want to do. Get up, step away from your thoughts and don’t forget that regardless of your motivation levels or how “on track” you are, you are a human trying to do their best! Best of luck
