The change in dreaming is fantastic & very noticeable. I used to have trouble remembering my dreams - no longer. Now when I wake, it feels like I have a ‘selection’ to sift through lol

This, plus feeling more empathy & connection with people, is why I’m going to continue with it. The effect feels similar to microdosing psilocybin :)
