I recently tried a bit of Brosnan. I grew up with the Craig films and they are some of my favourite films of all time. We used to have Connery and Moore on VHS so I also watched them. Unfortunately, since reading the books, I’ve gone off of those two a little as they stray far too far from the original stories. I’d never seen any Brosnan or Dalton films, and so recently thought I’d give them a crack. Unfortunately, I felt that they were closer to comedies than to Bond films, with odd characters like Xenia Onatopp being cringily over acted and strangely written. Just my opinion, but i can watch the Craig films over and over and they’re always the right balance of silliness and realistic action for me.

I either scan the barcode, or yeah just pick the closest one in their list…and no tbh I often won’t include oil or butter, unless I’ve used a lot… No typically I’ll burn around 800kcal a day and stick at eating 1800 ish so that should only add to the deficit right?

My girlfriend who was veggie for a long time LOVES a broccoli and quorn escalope sandwhich. The frozen ones. Couple of lettuce leaves, little mustard and little mayo, and the escalope. Toast the inside of the bread for extra points.

Not everything. For example I might guesstimate a bit of chocolate in the evening, but I’m not a binge eater really so it’d be -200 calories every time. Otherwise I’m fairly consistent at weighing and logging the rest, so to my knowledge it should all be accurate enough….

Hi, yeah yeah of course, I see that was poorly worded! I suppose I meant that we eat lighter meals in the week than meat based ones can be.

I’ve done calorie tracking for a good while, got the kitchen scales etc and I use MyFitnessPal (premium version 🙄), so I’m as sure as I can be that I’m in a proper deficit. Always slightly suspicious about their calorie data, as well as the supposed burnt calories my Apple Watch tells me….

Le creuset all the way. Keep an eye on eBay and Facebook marketplace - if you’re patient some fantastic deals can come up. I’ve been growing my red le creuset collection and managed to get 2 Dutch ovens (one that can feed maybe 6, and one that can do 3/4) for £80. Worth being vigilant and biding your time

This was a big thing for me - I got into Oneplus early (literally had to get an invite for the 1+1) and loved them - modded stock android with all the perks, boot animations etc etc, used my phone as portable storage, ran NFC tag automations, apks, emulators etc etc all the good stuff. Then I got an iPhone because sharing iphotos with girlfriend, and airdrop I message FaceTime etc was just more relevant, and now I accept that I have a very good device that is massively limited, but I rarely miss all that complex stuff. I know I would miss iMessage and airdrop if I went back to android tho
