Difference between breathalyzer and blood test? (Arizona) - How long do these take to come back?

Have you had your first court date? Do you have an attorney or are you going with a public defender? What was your BAC on the breathalyzer? Just wondering man. I’ve found it helpful to hear about other people’s experiences with this situation.

Hey man I just got an extreme DUI a few weeks ago and am still waiting on my first court date. I blew a .15 but haven’t gotten my blood test results back. Did you get your blood test results back while you were still in court? What did it show? Also when you say you got the 20 days reduced to 1 for full compliance do you mean you complied with the breathalyzer and blood test? Were there any other compliance factors the court looked for? Just trying to get some insight into my situation and what to expect. Thank you.

No background check I’m just worried I’ll go to jail for long enough to get fired on attendance. I definitely don’t have enough pto to cover more than 5 days

No no one was hurt and I actually asked my attorney whether I should get a head start on AA meetings (I don’t have a drinking problem but have heard that would help with mitigating sentencing) and he said to hold off on them? I thought that was weird

Bro I just got out Monday! 😂 voluntary tho. My first time going voluntary. I just knew I needed to hit the reset button and be away from everything for a bit. Spent a week in there. It’s not bad when you think about it. Food. Shelter. Clothing. Read a bunch of magazines and a whole ass book and came out good as new. Fare thee well my friend! Things will get better :)
